Partners in life and business, Jen and Ted’s culinary journey began with a shared love for poutine. Their passion for this beloved Canadian dish inspired them to create their own food truck in 2014, which they aptly named Poutine Your Mouth. Over the years, their dedication and hard work paid off, as they honed their skills and grew their business from a passion project to a full-time career. As their family expanded and their priorities shifted, they remained committed to their culinary vision, adding a brick and mortar bistro, a second food truck, and a catering outfit to their family-run operations. Than joined the team in 2022 as a dedicated catering manager.
